Law and science have always been my twin passions. After starting out as a molecular biologist and earning a PhD, I moved into law because I wanted to help life-science innovators bring their discoveries to patients – safely, ethically and at speed. My scientific grounding still shapes how I think: evidence-based, curious and focused on outcomes.
What I love most is being at the intersection of business, science and strategy, translating complex research, regulation and risk into clear, practical legal solutions that enable progress. Whether it is an early-stage biotech, a global pharma or a med-tech scale-up, every deal, collaboration or licence feels like advancing the next chapter of healthcare innovation and that is deeply rewarding for me.
