We’ve been working with Rated People for 2 years. We were brought in by the CFO as he was managing law firms himself and was spread too thin. They had been using 3 law firms and wanted to manage costs better and coordinate activities. We lead their GDPR program, have helped with employment issues, litigation support and we coordinate all the legal work as a GC would

I started working with Rated People in Summer 2019. It was a pretty easy introduction as Rated was an existing MIL client and the path had been made pretty easy by the previous MIL team member. In fact on arrival I was advised by the CEO that the bar had been set pretty high. No pressure then!
Since then the MIL/Rated People engagement has deepened. We have helped with the insourcing of their sales team from their outsource provider, looked at new rewards mechanism through their supplier chain, reviewed and updated a number of their company policies, helped them relocate their HQ across the river to the City as well as helping on day to day issues around data protection, advertising standards and interaction with their tradespeople. It is great fun working with such a dynamic and engaging organisation and I look forward to continuing to build the relationship
