THE EXPERIENCE I BRING
I have worked in media, tech, retail (high street & luxury), commercial laundry and commercial real estate sectors; I have worked internationally in businesses with a global footprint, and my experience covers M&A, financing and restructuring, JVs, franchising and licensing, dispute resolution, trademark portfolio management, and employment law. For 18 months, in a break from law, I ran a small, specialist online coffee company, which gave me first-hand knowledge of what matters in a small business and a hugely expensive coffee habit! Just as importantly, I bring tenacity and speed, an absolute commitment to simplifying the legal process and delivering solutions rather than just advice. My role is to help executives make better decisions and solve problems fast and cost-effectively
WHEN I'M NOT WORKING
I have a family of 2 girls and 2 dogs – a hound from Transylvania and a red setter from Ireland. Dog walking, cooking, and eating are my hobbies. I speak French and Ukrainian, and love to travel whenever I have the chance
