WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
THE EXPERIENCE I BRING
Following eight years at a top 10 City law firm, the bulk of my career has been spent acting as general counsel in fast growth and dynamic SME environments within the oil, shipping and fintech industries. A few highlights from my inhouse career include advising on $1.3 billion in equity raises over a 12-month period, undertaking multiple acquisitions of other SME businesses, an IPO listing on the New York Stock Exchange and developing SaaS terms and legal structures for new products within the fintech space.
I would consider myself an experienced, all-round generalist with particular emphasis on M&A, equity raising and finance.
WHEN I'M NOT WORKING
When I am not acting as a chauffeur service for my two children, I like to keep fit and active. I am a regular jogger and love hiking in beautiful spots around the British countryside. You will also find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes as part of my budding amateur chef career!
