WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
THE EXPERIENCE I BRING
In my inhouse time I’ve worked on resolving all kinds of issues – legal, compliance, HR and employment, governance and commercial matters, always with a view to getting a practical response to the CEO/CFO in their response-need time (often “I want this yesterday”). These issues have included virtually anything, from high-falutin’ technical financial services and compliance questions to HR niggles and everything in between. Before then my time at SJ Berwin and Herbert Smith gave me working experience of corporate matters such as M&A as well as pensions & employment matters
WHEN I'M NOT WORKING
Settled in Sherborne in Dorset with fiancee, two Border Terriers and a cat, I’m developing and improving an old house, and in term-time singing in the Sherborne Abbey Choir (three services per week, plus rehearsals and plenty of weddings in the summer). Plenty to keep me busy.
