THE EXPERIENCE I BRING
I have nearly 20 years’ experience in legal recruitment with a particular focus on the evolving fractional career model that has empowered so many lawyers to achieve their ideal work/life balance. I have worked with international and national law firms to help them develop their flexible resourcing models and now enjoy supporting Twiggy and Ed in growing the unique My Inhouse Lawyer team.
WHEN I'M NOT WORKING
I think it is important to try and give back to the community, which has led to some really interesting roles outside of my day job, including being a non-executive director on the board of NeuroResponse (a social enterprise developing a unique care pathway for Multiple Sclerosis patients), a trustee on the board of Revolving Doors Agency, a charity which champions long-term solutions for justice reform that tackle the root causes of reoffending and I am a governor and vice-chair of the governing board of Thorley Hill, a local primary school in Bishops Stortford.
