WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
THE EXPERIENCE I BRING
I have spent many years on both sides of the fence – private practice and inhouse – so have a blend of experience that works well for my role at My Inhouse Lawyer. My career splits up neatly; first was City firm training, hard yards in London private practice, then as a Partner, specialising in corporate and commercial work. In the middle came 7 years in Brussels, cutting my teeth as a consultant lawyer. Latterly I joined the inhouse ranks at global multi-national Nielsen, where I was European General Counsel leading a large pan-European team. I have a wealth of experience covering all the inhouse bases with particular experience in M&A, all aspects of commercial contracting, employment, legal aspects of big (and small!) data and anti-trust
WHEN I'M NOT WORKING
You will probably find me on a bike, looking for the nearest hill to conquer or letting off steam torturing my trusty old bass guitar (you can catch my band, DNR, at all good venues across Hertfordshire….)
