I am a senior lawyer with over 20 years’ experience, the majority of which in-house, across a range of legal competencies including M&A, commercial contracting, competition law, regulatory and compliance matters.
I was the lead lawyer at DHL for negotiating a 15 year contract with the UK Department of Health for the outsourcing of the NHS Supply Chain business, which saved over £300m for the NHS over its lifetime.
Over the years I advised on many aspects of DHL’s business both in the UK and internationally. From customer and supplier contracts and arrangements, competition law and other aspects of compliance, supporting various functions such as procurement, finance and treasury, and company secretarial and other governance requirements.
I supported investment into and/or development of various start-up and early stage businesses or products within the organisation and led numerous M&A transactions, from acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures both within the UK and globally and with varying degree of deal size.
I was an active member of various boards, senior leadership teams and practice groups.
