So many factors! The best is probably learning straight from the “Boss” – what other role allows a person access to all the issues and celebrations of working at senior level? Being an Assistant allows me to touch on a little bit of everything, facing challenges and problems every day and finding solutions or mitigating the issues. I also find a great deal of satisfaction in helping a team work effectively and efficiently with processes that suit the business and individuals.

THE EXPERIENCE I BRING
My background includes working as a legal secretary at firms such as Allen & Overy, Eversheds and Irwin Mitchell, as well as being employed as a paralegal and assistant company secretary in various in-house positions. Following new opportunities, I moved into events; organising national sales conferences and educational events within EMEA. More recently I have qualified as a member of the Institute of Internal Communications.
WHEN I'M NOT WORKING
I have four Cavapoo dogs, so I can often be found running after them and trying to ensure some level of training is maintained. Otherwise, I love reading and attempting new recipes.
